Whether you prefer the value & convenience of modular construction or the flexibility of custom design, our dedicated team of building experts will guide you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have.

Secure Financing
We understand that building a new home is a significant investment. That's why we offer several flexible financing options to make it easier for you to achieve the home of your dreams. We support multiple loan structures (FHA, RD, VA, MSHA, ReFi) as well as standard home construction loans.

Design Your Dream Home
The diverse range of modular home sizes, layouts, and styles offered at Canbury Homes can be completely personalized to suit your needs & lifestyle. Or if you prefer, come with your own plans and our design experts will collaborate with you to create a custom home design as unique as you!

Finalize Building Plans
Once your floor plan is completed, the building order is sent to the manufacturer and finishes for countertops, bathroom fixtures, cabinet styles and exterior colors are finalized. Our building experts will also complete the necessary plans for all required building permits.

Construction Begins
Once the building permit process is complete, site preparations and foundation work are started in tandem with the production of your new home at the factory. Plans and timelines for the building team to set your home on the foundation are completed.

Home Delivery & Setting
The building modules that make up your new home are safely delivered to your site in preparation for installation. The licensed “set crew” then carefully lifts all modules into place, joins them together, and secures them to the foundation. At the end of the day your home is set, secured, and weather tight on the foundation ready for the finishing touches!

On Site Finishes
Almost there! Once the house is set, the building experts at Canbury Homes can complete your new home. Items such as electrical, plumbing & heating are connected, along with exterior components including porches, decks, patios, and garages. Interior carpentry, flooring, countertops and kitchen appliances installation are also completed during this stage.

Inspect & Enjoy!
Our building experts will go over your new home with you making sure all details are exactly as you ordered them, finalize permits, and obtain the Certificate of Occupancy for you. Now it’s time to enjoy the unparalleled craftsmanship and enduring quality of your new home!
