The Canbury Team is being lead by several industry professionals with back grounds ranging from housing sub divisions, metal buildings, modular homes, stick built homes, mortgages and computer programming.

David Patterson - Founder "I have always enjoyed the housing industry. I spent my summers in grade school and in college cleaning up new home construction sites for my brothers and my father. After college, I worked as a software programmer and although I enjoyed the people, I missed getting outside. After spending some time in the mortgage industry, I gained enough knowledge to help people get the financing they need for their new home."
